This warranty will be limited to the first 30 days after you, the customer, take delivery. The purpose of the warranty is to provide you with protection after you take delivery of your boat. This warranty is non-transferable and will cover the engine and drive should they fail. All boats requiring warranty work must be returned to Pier 74's location at the buyer's expense where the warranty work will be completed by Pier 74's mechanic. The actual cost of parts and labour will be shared equally with Pier 74 and you, the new vessel owner.
